The Beats On The Beach Block Party is

a collaborative community art celebration.

Organized in collaboration with local artists,

designed to put money in the hands of POC creatives,

and bring folks down to Boston's waterfront.

Featuring live performances by a mixture of both

up-and-coming and well-known artists.

There will be a vibrant art mart where you can expect

more than 50 local art vendors.

Enjoy a drink in the bar garden with Sam Adams beer, Truly hard seltzer, and Tito’s Handmade Vodka cocktails.

Hang out in the dog-friendly space with dog treats from Polkadog.

Sober space with NamaStay Sober and sensory-friendly tent.

Lawn games with Volo.

Food for purchase by Bon Me, The Pull Up, and Z-n-Z Slush.

All while experiencing a curated music

FAQ’s

How do I register?

Registration is FREE for all, and you can RSVP on Eventbrite here. The event is open to all ages.

Where is the Block Party?

The block party is in a parking lot located at 45 Binford St., Boston, MA 02210 (in Fort Point, which is just West of Seaport).

There are various access points; you can enter from the Harborwalk, from Necco St., from A St., or from the Binford St. Exit. 

 

Is there parking?

Yes! There is free parking for attendees. Around 400 spots will be available for attendees. If the lot is full, then you may need to find nearby metered street parking.

Is there re-entry?

Yes, you can re-enter if you need to step out from the event.

Will there be food/drinks?

We will have three food vendors on site – Bon Me, Z-n-Z Slushies, and The Pull Up. Attendees must pay for their own food.

We will have complimentary water, seltzer, Vitamin Water, and Gold Leaf tea thanks to our partnerships with Greenhouse Agency and TopoChio.

Will there be a bar?

We will have an Alcohol Garden serving Tito’s Handmade Vodka cocktails, as well as Samuel Adams beers and Truly seltzers from Boston Beer Company.

Attendees must be 21+ to enter the alcohol zone, and alcohol must be purchased by attendees. 

Can I bring my own food?

Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food to this event.

What activities will be there?

We will have five fantastic live performances from local artists including WHYTRI, CalvinKleinCaterpillar, DJ Troy Frost, Mercet, and l.ucas.

You can shop at our 50+ vendor Art Mart, which will have fine art, delicacies, and other creations. Our Art Mart primarily supports Queer artists, artists of color, and artists with disabilities.

There will also be lawn games provided by Volo Sports. 

Can I bring my dog? 

Yes! Dogs are welcome and encouraged. There will be a free treat bar provided by Polkadog, as well as a dog tag engraving station by Tito’s Handmade Vodka. 

What amenities will be there?

There will be six bathrooms (two handicapped) and two hand washing stations.

We will also have a grounding sober space thanks to NamaStay Sober, an EMT area, and a sensory tent. 

How can I get there? 

We encourage all to use public transportation. The venue is a 10 minute walk from South Station. It is also a 10 minute walk from the W Broadway @ Broadway Station stop on the 9 City Bus.
